the staff is amicable here, the services are friendly, and location is magnificent just off another which is off leash between 3pm, the waterfront, restaurants and shops and cafés, beaches, restaurants, pub. the units were spotless with tv. there is a lot of supplies like : a lounge and a dining area.

We stayed at Grange Resort Hervey Bay for four nights, and everything was great. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. the location is fantastic, conveniently near the shopping center and a half-sized tennis court. Plus, it's close to all the main attractions.

Location is great and we found the front office staff very helpful when we were looking for doing something on Saturday. She helped us find a half day boat trip and organised it all.

Suggestions of couple of things needed: The hotel needs to upgrade they television with digital because we wanted to watch Cricket and couldn't. Also you need to provide a broom to sweep the tiled area. Also a dryer would be nice because with kids it is just easier to wash & dry clothes.

As I didn't stay very long I can only say the accomodation was good and within walking distances to the beach and shops so good locationYou had everything you needed in the accomodation

I had a great three-night stay at this hotel in a king bed apartment, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Enjoyable stay, great apartment, perfect location.

This hotel features impressive rooms with a wonderful large king bed, great washing facilities in the master bedroom, and superbly friendly staff.

Compared to our previous stays, we found the location of this hotel fantastic for families. the lush and tropical surroundings make it a beautiful spot for a relaxing holiday. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring all our needs were met. the outdoor dining area was charming, providing a lovely atmosphere for breakfasts or evening drinks. our stay here was enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it for families looking for a pleasant vacation spot.

One area that could be improved at this hotel is the noise levels. It would be beneficial for the hotel to look into ways to reduce the sound amplification in certain areas to ensure a more peaceful stay for all guests.
